**NO INSTRUMENTAL CLASSES** There will be no instrumental classes for Holliman instrumental students this week!

**Attention Families** If you will be attending the 4th & 5th Grade Chorus Concert, there will be NO early dismissal for students. All families must exit the building after the concert. If your student is normally a walker they will be dismissed with their class at their normal dismissal door. If your child is a bus student, they will be dismissed to the bus room. You MUST call Miss Ann before 1:30pm if you did not send in a note requesting that your chorus student not take the bus.

**Our family concert will take place in the school auditorium at 2:20 pm. Concert dress is a plain white top, solid black bottoms and dark shoes or sneakers. Please follow the Holliman dress code. **This concert will end around the time of regular dismissal. All families must exit the building following the concert. Per Mrs. Cabana, students will not be signed out early after the Holiday Chorus Concert. If there is going to be a change in how your child goes home that day, please send it in writing to your child's teacher on or before December 15th.

***Holiday Shop Make Up Day - Friday, 12/8/23*** Any child who was absent or did not bring money on their assigned day can shop tomorrow, 12/8/23. If they lost their Penguin Patch envelope, you can send money in any envelope or bag. Thank you, Holliman PTA

**NO PARKING in FIRE LANES** Hello Holliman Families, This is a friendly reminder to please park in a designated parking spot when you are dropping off, picking up or visiting. At morning arrival, the only drop off option is the drop off loop via Mullen Rd. If you enter the parking lot via Deborah Rd. you must park. Please avoid pulling up to the front of the building. Safety must come first! Thank you for your attention and cooperation!
