***After School Programs*** We are excited for two after school programs to start this week! E-mails went out last night to all parents/guardians of registered students. Just a reminder that the Martial Arts program starts on Wednesday,11/8 and pick up is at 4:15pm. Basketball Club starts on Thursday, 11/9 and pick up is at 4:30pm. Any questions, reach out to hollimanpta@gmail.com. If you have registered for Martial Arts and have not sent in your payment yet, please send in with your student by Wednesday. ***Martial Arts Program - Volunteers Needed*** In order to run our after school programs, we need parent volunteers. The instructor will run the program but we need a volunteer or two to take attendance after dismissal and sign students out at the end of the program. During the program the instructor may ask you to assist with activities. If you are available to help during this four-week program, please reach out to hollimanpta@gmail.com. ***Holiday Event - 12/1/23*** Our family holiday event is Friday 12/1/23 from 6:00 - 8:00pm. We have a chair for this event but we need some volunteers to join the committee to help plan and make this event happen. ***Trunk or Treat - Tomorrow, 10/28/23 - 3:00 to 5:00pm*** Thank you to everyone who signed up to do a trunk, sent in donations for the raffle baskets, and sent in candy donations! Also, thank you to our Trunk or Treat committee who has been working hard the over the past month to plan this event! Just a reminder that this is a FREE event for all Holliman families but we ask that everyone brings at least one canned good per person for our Holliman food drive! Looking forward to this fun event! ***Important Reminder*** There is no school for WPS students on Monday, October 23rd. Teachers will be engaged in Professional Development (PD) throughout the day. Students have the day off and do not have any virtual lessons or assignments.
