All sports signups are open. Every Fall athlete needs to complete the registration forms each year. Many fall sports are voluntarily meeting over the summer months, so please contact the sport coach for more information regarding these workouts, which can be found on the Warwick Public School’s Athletics page.
The Assumption of Risk form only needs to be filled out once during the student-athlete’s high school years. If your student is a returning athlete, you only need to “scan in” a piece of paper that says ON FILE AT SCHOOL to move past that part of the signup process. We already have your student’s Assumption of Risk from previous years. If you are new to Pilgrim Athletics, you will need to complete all forms. The registration link is on the Warwick Public Schools website, https://www.warwickschools.org/page/athletics, or click HERE. If you need a notary, Mrs. Napolillo is available in the Main Office of the high school between 7 am - 12 pm, Monday through Friday. All high school sports start on Monday, Aug 17th.
