As Thanksgiving approaches, the Toll Gate community is organizing a food drive to support families within our school community who are experiencing food insecurity.
We are launching this Thanksgiving Food Drive with two main goals:
To assemble complete holiday meal baskets for our families in need.
To establish a School Food Pantry, which will provide essential food support throughout the entire year.
How You Can Contribute?
We are seeking the following:
Non-perishable food items and specific holiday ingredients (canned vegetables, stuffing, gravy, dessert items, etc.).
Non-perishable items: granola bars, peanut butter, tuna fish, beef jerky, fruit bars, instant potatoes, instant mac and cheese, cheese and crackers, peanut butter crackers, individual snacks, fruit cups (shelf stable) etc.
Monetary donations, which will be used to purchase perishable items (like turkeys) and other necessary food supplies.
The food drive will run from November 13- November 19. All donations can be brought to B313B.
Every donation, regardless of size, is greatly appreciated and directly supports our Toll Gate families.
