Congratulations to our own Robo-Titans, the new STATE CHAMPIONS of the Rhode Island FIRST Tech Challenge!
The team, coached by Mr. Adam Ricci, was victorious this past Sunday, besting competing teams from across the state. They have now become the first Warwick Public Schools robotics team to qualify for the FIRST Championship—an international event celebrating the culmination of the youth robotics season.
We congratulate the Robo-Titans on their achievement and commend them for their dedication and perseverance. We wish them the best of luck as they head to Houston, Texas, in April to compete against 300 teams from all over the world!
The team has set up a Go Fund Me page to help defray the costs associated with attending the competition. Please consider supporting them!
Robo-Titan team members: Kevin Barker, Brandon Parkinson, Zach Barker, Rylan Kabalkin, Chris Herrera, Oisin O’Donnell, Lorenzo Ruzzo, Brayden Smith, Alina Dorsey, Matt St. Laurent, Jackson Kavanaugh, and Aiden Bricker.
